Refund Policy

Court Ready Dad is a digital product delivered instantly by download. Because the file cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are generally final. We stand behind the product with the goodwill guarantee below.

7-day goodwill guarantee

If, within 7 days of purchase, the file does not download, the PDF is corrupted or does not open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the product is materially different from what is described on the site, email support@courtreadydad.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, and your license to use the file is revoked.

What is not covered

• Change of mind more than 7 days after purchase.
• Inability to fill in fields because a non-supported PDF viewer is used (the file is designed for Adobe Acrobat Reader on Mac/Windows).
• Requests where the product has been shared, redistributed, or made available to third parties in breach of the license.
• Dissatisfaction with the outcome of any legal, custody, or administrative process - the product is an organizational tool, not legal advice, and we cannot warrant a specific result.

EU / UK statutory withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is lost once the download begins with the consumer's express prior consent. By completing checkout you provide that consent. This does not affect the 7-day goodwill guarantee above or any non-waivable statutory rights.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback - most issues are resolved by email within one business day.
