Custody Documentation System for Separated Fathers
Last updated: October 2026
Court Ready Dad is a documentation and organization system for separated fathers. It helps you keep dated facts, communication, parenting time, expenses and supporting files organized so they are easier to review and to share with a licensed attorney. It is an organizational and educational tool.

The 8 PDF modules
The kit is a complete 51-page fillable PDF. The same tools are also provided as 8 individual fillable PDF modules:

The fillable PDFs are designed for Adobe Acrobat Reader on Mac and Windows. Every module is printable in US Letter format.
The private mobile web app
The private Court Ready Dad web app works in modern mobile browsers and can be added to the Home Screen. No account or sign-up is required. Records are stored locally on the device in use, not in an online account, so they do not sync automatically between devices or with the PDFs. Use the export and backup features regularly and follow the backup reminders.

Refunds
Court Ready Dad is a digital product delivered by download, so sales are generally final. Under the 7-day goodwill guarantee, if within 7 days of purchase the file does not download, the PDF is corrupted or does not open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the product is materially different from what is described on the site, email support@courtreadydad.com with your order number. Change of mind after 7 days, unsupported PDF viewers, shared or redistributed files, and dissatisfaction with the outcome of any legal process are not covered. Approved refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Under EU and UK law, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content is lost once the download begins with your express prior consent; this does not affect the 7-day guarantee or non-waivable statutory rights.
